We retain over 99% of contract clients fielded and the current industry standard is 78%.
A Managed helpdesk for up to 7 days a week and up to 363 days per annum.
Guaranteed 99.95% uptime on all cloud services.
We can offer 4 hour disaster recovery on Servers.
Ortus have spare Servers, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PCs, Monitors, Printers/scanners, Faxes, Keyboards, Mice, Wireless access points, Laptops & Hard drives.
We will run any warranties on equipment which have
failed and liaise with all overseas helpdesks so you don’t have to.
We will put temporary equipment in while your own is being repaired. This doubles our workload but reduces your downtime by half.
We will set up alerts from your site to enable us to react before you’re aware of the problem and will ensure you’re kept in the loop right throughout.
We can verify your backup is working all the time and test it once a week.
We will manage your remote workforce and sub offices as well as your home office.
We will give you the option to cancel any Ortus Service with 60 days notice if you are not happy with Ortus.
Ortus consultants can liaise with all your third party vendors such as Sage, Relate, Payroll, CRM, EPIC, Care Monitor and any other software vendors you have to ensure your efficiency is maximised at all times. We will go onsite anytime to look at your business processes and help you to streamline them.
